J3A Recruitment are excited to be working with an up-and-coming EICA firm in the water sector that’s building a solid pipeline of work across South West Water projects. Due to an increase in workload through AMP 8, they're now looking for an experienced Project Engineer.
The work / projects as a Project Engineer:
- Electrical installation on water & wastewater sites
- Maintenance and upgrade works
- Site refurbishments and asset improvements
- Working alongside ICA teams on control systems, panels & instrumentation
- Mix of reactive and planned project work across multiple sites
You’ll be involved from planning through to delivery, working closely with site teams, suppliers and clients.
What they’re after:
- Electrical bias (must)
- Experience as a Project Engineer or similar (Supervisor, Senior Engineer etc)
- Water industry experience (non-negotiable)
- Based in the South West (within ~1–2 hours of Bideford)
- Someone who wants to progress and take ownership
What you’ll get:
- Circa ÂŁ55k (depending on experience)
- 25 days + bank holidays
- 5% pension
- Company van or ÂŁ5k car allowance
