Financial Management & Reporting:<\/span>

  • Prepare and maintain financial records for residential and commercial block management portfolios.
    <\/li>
  • Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports.
    <\/li>
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
    <\/li>
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts related to service charge accounts. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/span>Service Charge Accounting:<\/span>
    <\/span>
    <\/span>
    • Prepare and issue service charge budgets and year -end reconciliations in accordance with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) guidelines.
      <\/li>
    • Ensure timely collection of service charges, ground rents, and other client -related income.
      <\/li>
    • Allocate service charge expenses accurately and in compliance with lease agreements.
      <\/li>
    • Liaise with external auditors to facilitate smooth service charge audits. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/span>Accounts Payable & Receivable:<\/span>
      <\/span>
      <\/span>
      • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments to contractors and service providers.
        <\/li>
      • Manage arrears collections
        <\/li>
      • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/span>Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices:<\/span>
        <\/span>
        <\/span>
        • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, RICS Service Charge Code, ARMA guidelines and other industry regulations.
          <\/li>
        • Maintain knowledge of property management regulations and update internal financial processes accordingly. <\/span>
