JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, help develop menus, manage stock and ensure a safe, compliant working environment.
You will guide junior staff, uphold high standards to achieve top ratings, motivate the team to deliver fresh, quality dishes, and participate in our training and development programmes across our pubs, inns and hotels network.
