We are in search of a driven and forward-thinking individual to take charge of kitchen operations whilst working closely with the Sous & Head Chef. This restaurant is located along North Bridge Road.

  • Assist Sous Chef and coordinate BOH during preparation & service
  • Supervise daily prep and cooking
