Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site position for a Production Operator/Solderer located in Livingston. The role involves operating production machinery, soldering components, assembling electronic products, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The Production Operator/Solderer will also assist in maintaining the production line, follow safety protocols, and contribute to training and team collaboration as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Hand Solder Operations and experience working on Production Lines
- Strong focus on Quality Control and an ability to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members
- Capability to assist with Training and guiding new team members
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safety standards
- Prior experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing is beneficial
