My client is a vibrant, well-regarded Building Consultancy, established in 2014, with a close-knit team of Building Surveyors operating from their Manchester office. The business works predominantly on prestigious residential and commercial portfolios, including Listed Buildings.
- Full RICS APC Structured Training Programme with tailored support
- Opportunity to work on prestigious and Listed Buildings
- Responsibility for smaller projects early, with progression as you develop
As a Graduate / Intermediate Building Surveyor, you will work closely with senior colleagues to deliver a full suite of building surveying services to predominantly residential and commercial clients.
- Deliver core Building Surveying and Project-related services
- Develop client relationships alongside senior surveyors
- Gradually take ownership of instructions with increasing autonomy
About you, as the successful Building Surveyor:
- RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree (or equivalent)
- Consultancy background or relevant industry experience preferred
- Strong IT skills (Word & Excel essential)
- Ambitious, engaged and keen to progress within a growing practice
