We are a well‑established, multi‑disciplinary property consultancy based in Uxbridge, delivering a broad range of Building Surveying, Project Management and Architectural services.

About the role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll take on a pivotal role within the team, acting as the bridge between junior surveyors and senior leadership. You'll support the Directors in managing workload and delivery, while also helping to oversee and guide junior team members. The role offers a diverse workload across both professional and project services, including party wall matters, dilapidations, project management and design‑led schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Directors in the day‑to‑day management and delivery of Building Surveying instructions
- Lead on a range of professional services including party wall matters and dilapidations
- Oversee and deliver project work, including design, contract administration and refurbishment schemes
- Assist in the daily management and development of junior surveyors
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the business
About you – the successful Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor (preferred), or extensive consultancy experience
- Strong background across both professional and project Building Surveying services
- Good communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- A proactive individual who enjoys supporting and mentoring junior team members
