About the roleAs a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor, you will:

Deliver predominantly project focused services, utilising JCT contracts

Maintain client relationships and ideally begin to forge new ones that can develop into profitable work

Support and develop junior building surveyors within the team

Key responsibilities

Contract administration

Building safety cases

Defect Analysis

Building Surveys

Planned maintenance (not cladding)

About you, as the successful Senior/Associate Building Surveyor

Degree in Building Surveying (BSc or MSc) & MRICS qualification

Any Building Safety Case experience would be desirable, not essential

Project services biased

A collaborative mindset, with clear drive and passion
