About the role
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you'll deliver to a wide range of instructions including contract administration, dilapidations, technical due diligence and licences for alteration, giving you a well-rounded and commercially focused workload. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams, contributing to the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver core Building Surveying services including dilapidations, TDD and licences for alteration
- Act as Contract Administrator on refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Undertake inspections, prepare reports and provide technical advice to clients
- Manage client relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with wider internal teams across property management and other service lines
- Support junior team members where appropriate
About you
- MRICS Chartered status (essential)
- Strong Building Surveying background across commercial property
- Experience delivering both project and professional services
- Confident working across dilapidations, TDD and contract administration
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
