About the role

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you'll deliver to a wide range of instructions including contract administration, dilapidations, technical due diligence and licences for alteration, giving you a well-rounded and commercially focused workload. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams, contributing to the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver core Building Surveying services including dilapidations, TDD and licences for alteration
  • Act as Contract Administrator on refurbishment and fit-out projects
  • Undertake inspections, prepare reports and provide technical advice to clients
  • Manage client relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with wider internal teams across property management and other service lines
  • Support junior team members where appropriate

  • MRICS Chartered status (essential)
  • Strong Building Surveying background across commercial property
