About the role
As a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor, you will:
- Deliver predominantly project focused services, utilising JCT contracts
- Maintain client relationships and ideally begin to forge new ones that can develop into profitable work
- Support and develop junior building surveyors within the team
Key responsibilities
- Contract administration
- Building safety cases
- Defect Analysis
- Building Surveys
- Planned maintenance (not cladding)
About you, as the successful Senior/Associate Building Surveyor
- Degree in Building Surveying (BSc or MSc) & MRICS qualification
- Any Building Safety Case experience would be desirable, not essential
- Project services biased
- A collaborative mindset, with clear drive and passion
