About the role
As the Director of Cost Consultancy, you will:
- Assist the Senior Director in forging relationships with both internal and external investment and institutional clients
- Drive the growth of the cost consultancy service line, helping diversify offerings while progressing your own career
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end cost consultancy, including budgeting, estimating, and project cost management
- Networking effectively to develop new cost consultancy opportunities
- Management and development of the technical team
- Deliver against the cost consultancy business plan
About you, as the successful Director of Cost Consultancy
- Relevant degree qualification & MRICS qualification
- Confident and personable with industry contacts
- Attain financial targets (2.5x base salary for Directors)
- Manage and support the performance of the cost consultancy service line
