About the role
As the successful Building Surveyor, you will:
- Work across a high-quality mix of instructions with a blue-chip client base
- Deliver both professional and project work within a multi-disciplinary environment
- Play an active role in developing new client relationships and supporting wider business growth
Key responsibilities
- Contract administration for small and large-scale schemes
- Project management and project monitoring
- Building surveys across a wide range of asset types
- Technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals
- Party wall matters
- Planned maintenance schedules
About you, as the successful Building Surveyor
- Degree educated (BSc or MSc) and Chartered MRICS
- Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to deliver high-quality advice
- Confident in building relationships, able to showcase capabilities in winning/growing clients
