About the roleAs an Associate Building Surveyor, you will:

Deliver excellent service and manage a range of client types

Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities

Support and develop junior building surveyors within the team

Key responsibilities

Contract administration

Technical due diligence

Dilapidations

Building pathology

About you

MRICS qualified (2+ years\’ post qualification experience)

Degree in Building Surveying (BSc or MSc) or related field

Commercially astute with strong technical knowledge

Proven ability to meet fee targets and support generation of new business

Collaborative team player with a supportive and approachable outlook
