to join a modern, high-technology production facility and lead large-scale operations in a fast-moving environment.


The Opportunity

As
Manufacturing Manager
, you\'ll lead a team of over 75 (including Production Shift Managers and Line Leaders) to deliver world-class performance in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Reporting directly to the
Manufacturing Director / Senior Operations Manager
, you\'ll shape production strategy, drive lean initiatives, and foster a culture of excellence and engagement across your teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet performance, quality, and safety objectives.
  • Champion
    lean manufacturing
    and
    continuous improvement
    , embedding tools such as Six Sigma, 5S, OEE, and Kaizen.
  • Develop and coach high-performing teams, promoting accountability and empowerment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain to optimise production flow.
  • Define and communicate KPIs and ensure performance tracking across all levels.
  • Manage change effectively, inspiring teams through growth and transformation.
  • Oversee compliance with all
    health, safety, and environmental
    standards.
  • Support and develop the site\'s
    Energy Management System
    , ensuring energy efficiency goals are achieved.


About You

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
  • Strong background as a
    Manufacturing or Production Manager
    within FMCG or automotive environments.
  • Deep understanding of
    lean / cellular manufacturing
    and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in performance and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborative, hands-on leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
