This is a full-time hybrid role for a Conveyancer/Solicitor based in Maidenhead, with some flexibility for remote work. The Conveyancer/Solicitor will oversee a variety of legal matters, including handling conveyancing cases, negotiating and drafting contracts, raising enquiries and doing reports. The role demands excellent client collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver timely, high-quality legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate law
- Know how to raise enquiries and draft report on titles
- Deal with new build, leasehold, freehold, and shared ownership
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid work environments
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
Salary will be dependent on experience. Solicitor 1-4 years PQE - Between £35,000 to £50,000. Paralegal - up to £30,000.
