The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will join our team and be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment efforts across the EMEA and APAC markets with opportunity to support North America as well. This role has room for growth as we continue developing, expanding, and improving our recruiting process and the company continues to grow through mergers and acquisition and organic growth. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, showcasing exceptional teamwork, adaptability, and agility in their approach. They should excel in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, be adept with applicant tracking systems, and possess the ability to craft effective recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. This role encompasses positions from junior-senior (focus) to strategic executive levels, providing the opportunity to develop customized recruitment strategies.

This is a hybrid role, where the Regional Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be expected to work 1 day per week in our London office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit for positions across all practice areas and regions of the organization, with a particular focus on the EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for 15+ requisitions at a time, including hands-on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers, while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage multiple positions simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Regularly communicate the status of all openings and recruiting efforts, delivering updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate quality and quick results in your job portfolio.
  • Strategically use social media and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, and other traditional job boards) to create and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
  • Vet candidates and learn what kinds of candidates will resonate for particular hiring managers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local job markets and hiring practices in assigned regions, adapting strategies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Ability to work on roles at all levels from entry level to executive.
  • Deliver outstanding and responsive customer service to our internal clients.
  • Contribute to continuous recruiting process improvement efforts while getting results.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape to inform successful recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in ad-hoc special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Experience as a global full cycle recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Proven track record in recruiting, primarily within the EMEA and APAC region, with a proven ability to produce consistent recruiting results by delivering high quality candidates.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment trends and best practices, specifically in EMEA and APAC region.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and resume databases.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently after learning curve with a roll up your sleeve mentality to get in the weeds of all things recruitment.
  • Strong pride in providing outstanding customer service.
  • Sense of urgency and confidentiality.

  • Must be comfortable to work in a remote environment.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be flexible to work outside of the 8:30am – 5:30pm business hours if needed.
  • Must be flexible to travel to the office in a hybrid capacity.
