We are seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team for local refrigerated freight deliveries. Operating out of the Henderson Distribution Center, this position offers home daily scheduling, 100% no-touch freight, and a highly competitive pay structure based on your level of experience.
Most loads deliver at night, meaning you get to skip the heavy daytime traffic and enjoy smoother routes.
Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 (based on full schedule)
- Annual Earning Potential: Up to $70,000
- Experience-Based CPM Structure (All Miles):
- 0–11 months: $0.45 CPM
- 12–35 months: $0.47 CPM
- 36–59 months: $0.50 CPM
- 60–83 months: $0.51 CPM
- 84–119 months: $0.52 CPM
- 10+ years: $0.54 CPM
- PLUS $20 per stop pay
Schedule & Home Time
- Home Daily: Get home to your family after every shift (extremely rare hotel overnights only if unforeseen delays occur).
- Shift Times: Night shifts starting between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM (highest freight volumes run Wednesday through Saturday).
- Rotating Work Schedule: 6 days on / 34-hour restart, followed by 5 days on / 2 days off.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport refrigerated freight from the distribution center to regional stores.
- 100% No-Touch Freight: Focus entirely on driving.
- Manage 1–3 routes per day with 1–3 stops per trip.
- Paid Training Provided: 1 day of classroom training ($50 stipend) followed by 2–3 days of ride-along training ($100 per day).
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
- Availability: Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and a rotating schedule.
- Compliance: Ability to meet all company and DOT safety standards.
