Healthcare Project Requirements
- Possess NTC qualifications, Diploma or higher qualifications in M&E or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of M&E work supervisory experience in healthcare / hospitality / residential / commercial and institutional projects.
- Registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES will have added advantage.
- Conversant with the Building Control Act and all current Statutory Boards’ by-laws including the latest revision of all relevant local codes of practice relevant to the works that are essential for adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Candidate with healthcare project experience will be considered favourably.
- Must be a team player with strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills.
