Overview
Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc. The engineer shall be expected to carry out design work, attend consultants meetings, and manage the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Degree holder with about 5 years’ experience or Diploma holders with 8 years’ experience in design and implementation.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently.
- Good interpersonal/communicational skills.
- Experience as a consultant in the construction industry is a pre-requisite.
