The Role:
- Work with our mechanical team to install and commission a range of heating & renewable technologies mainly in domestic properties, but some commercial work undertaken too.
- Electrical installation and fault-finding/repairs.
- Manage your own workload, sourcing parts and materials as required, liaising direct with customers to organise return visits as required.
- Ensure labour and materials used for each job is accurately recorded to facilitate accurate and prompt invoicing.
- A smartphone and job management software will be provided for this purpose.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition NVQ Level 3 & AM2 so you can obtain ECS Gold.
- Strong communication skills comfortable dealing direct with customers.
- Ability to manage own workload, and train others; we have several apprentices working within the business.
- Experience with heat pumps and solar PV installations and fault-finding would be a distinct advantage but training will be provided if required.
