The Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, offering technical guidance and sales support across our range of grilles and diffusers. You’ll work closely with external sales, production, and logistics to ensure smooth processing of orders and deliver outstanding service from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales enquiries by phone and email
Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on outstanding proposals
Process sales orders and coordinate with production & dispatch

Build relationships with customers and support repeat business
Collaborate with external sales to identify new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an internal sales or customer support role (ideally within HVAC or a technical product industry)
Knowledge of HVAC systems and components, especially grilles and diffusers, is highly desirable but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organisational ability
Ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales order processing systems
