Join our product design team and help deliver the next generation of digital product experiences for JPMorgan Chase's Global Banking organization. As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for products that deliver high-value enterprise capabilities across multiple business functions. You'll work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, partnering closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to create elegant solutions for highly complex business problems. The products you craft will be forward-thinking, refined, usable, and relevant to the organization's holistic end-to-end value streams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead product design initiatives, developing a deep understanding of the problem space, business needs, and user goals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams across local and global locations - including designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, users, and finance SMEs.
  • Collaborate on generative and evaluative research studies.
  • Create concepts, prototypes, storyboards, and presentations to communicate product vision.
  • Define detailed designs and specifications for complex workflows and interactions.
  • Enhance and leverage the organization's design system for cohesive experiences.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in best practices and quality improvement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience working with complex data across multiple platforms (websites, mobile apps, products).
  • Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally using storytelling.
  • Experience designing digital products and services for enterprise solutions.
  • Proficiency in methodologies for concepting, storyboarding, and prototyping.
  • Experience applying design systems such as Google's Material Design.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
  • Portfolio and case studies demonstrating design experience (link(s) required in resume).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience designing AI-enabled solutions and incorporating artificial intelligence into your process.
  • Familiarity with financial terminology.
  • Knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and WCAG.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
