- Design complex end-to-end journeys, including alternate paths, edge cases, validation, errors and system states.
- Create high-fidelity screens, prototypes, journey maps and detailed specifications ready for engineering.
- Collaborate closely with developers to clarify designs, assess feasibility and manage trade-offs throughout implementation.
- Apply established design systems and identify opportunities to improve components, patterns and consistency.
- Navigate changing requirements, challenge assumptions and proactively drive customer-focused solutions.
What we're looking for
- Highly experienced in UX/Product Design, ideally within financial services, pensions, investments or another complex, regulated environment.
- Strong UX and design skills, with the ability to simplify complex, information-heavy journeys.
- Proven experience producing detailed, build-ready designs, including high-fidelity screens, prototypes, user flows and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail, with experience documenting states, validation, messaging, responsive requirements and platform differences.
