\As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase in Corporate and Investment Bank Payments Technology – Account Services, you will address complex business challenges by developing clear and effective solutions.
You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems and services through advanced troubleshooting, automation, and monitoring, while working closely with development teams.
Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions, applying creative problem-solving to optimize system reliability and performance. \Develop and maintain automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations to reduce manual intervention. \Monitor system performance, proactively address potential issues, and troubleshoot complex production incidents. \Implements infrastructure, configuration, and network as code for the applications and platforms. \Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance. \Document processes, share knowledge, and contribute to communities of practice and emerging technologies. \Foster a team culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.
\Experience in Software Engineering, Dev Ops, or related fields. \Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. \Solid understanding of agile practices, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security. \Proficient in at least one programming language (e. g., Python, Java/Spring Boot, .
