We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruiter (Vice President) to join our EMEA Technology Recruitment team. As a key player in our recruitment efforts, you will drive the acquisition of top-tier talent for Executive Director level roles within our Global Technology organization. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our business by attracting and engaging exceptional candidates.
As a Senior Recruiter (Vice President) in the EMEA Technology Recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple Lines of Business (LoB) and tech focused job types . You will focus on Executive Director level hiring, ensuring our business attracts and recruits the best talent. Your consultative approach and ability to influence will be crucial in fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create talent acquisition strategies for clients, including needs analysis and guidance on the recruitment process.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Evaluate, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers, refining strategies based on feedback.
- Focus on candidate experience, maintaining regular communication and updates.
- Proactively shares innovative solutions, anticipates needs, and streamlines process to uplift results and client experience
- Demonstrate expertise in LoB talent acquisition needs by participating in client meetings and acting as a subject matter expert.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback sharing.
- Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation, promoting the firm and opportunities.
- Conduct appropriate compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers
- Provide market data to support client needs.
- Partner with stakeholders for candidate development and offers.
- Utilize the Recruitment Management system and maintain data integrity.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Significant experience in full life cycle , Technology talent acquisition , in -house in a large corporate or retained Search firm environment.
- Strong multitasking, project management, and presentation skills with business acumen.
- Innovative self-starter with a consultative approach, adaptable to different work styles.
- Comfortable to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- E xperience handling sensitive and highly confidential information.
- Expert networking and relationship-building skills.
- High level of c omfort with direct sourcing and selling opportunities to potential candidates.
- Experience with complex compensation negotiations.
- Ability to interact with senior-level candidates and managers.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Specific industry experience working in a Financial Services or Technology firm
- Prior experience working for an executive search firm, coupled with corporate experience
