As a Salesforce Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will play a crucial role in this initiative, dedicated to delivering an outstanding banking experience to our customers. You will work in a collaborative environment as part of a diverse, inclusive, and geographically distributed team. Job responsibilities:
- Executes software solutions design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
- Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
- Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.
- Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
- Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
- Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies.
- Write unit test cases covering both positive and negative scenarios for the functionality built.
- Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Hands-on practice in Salesforce administration and development, including Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and security.
- Comprehensive Salesforce platform knowledge with experience across different clouds, particularly required skills in Salesforce Service Cloud and its features.
- Expertise in writing tests using JEST and effectively covering different scenarios via Apex tests.
- Expertise in CI/CD processes to ensure efficient and reliable deployment pipelines.
- Analytical and debugging skills.
- Good UI design skills and hands-on practice in UI Renderer using a Common Domain Specific Language.
- Proven track record in managing and delivering Salesforce projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and leading training sessions.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications and a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
