As a Product Manager within the Structured Working Capital team, you will leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross‑functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.
Trade & Working Capital (TW&C) connects counterparties with market‑leading Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Inventory Finance, Contract Monetization, Commodity Trade Finance, Working Capital Lending, Export Agency Finance (EAF), and Traditional Trade solutions. Structured Working Capital is part of T&WC and includes Receivables Finance, Contract Monetization, Commodity Trade Finance and Inventory Finance.
Job Responsibilities
- All aspects of Product Management in Structured Working Capital including ongoing product updates, approvals and the build out/expansion of product capabilities.
- Build out and expand capabilities through change management process (including onboarding new vendors/products/booking locations).
- Managing product governance for risk and controls including participating and presenting at regulatory and business control forums.
- Establish and maintain programmatic road maps including identifying client opportunities, recommending strategies and leading annual review engagements to support successful client programs and drive revenue generation.
- Work closely with Origination and Transactor teams to identify structured solutions to enhance the client experience and our clients’ working capital positions.
- Partner with Product Solutions Delivery and other stakeholders to ensure robust and seamless product delivery, execution management and portfolio monitoring within agreed Risk & Control frameworks.
- Define strategic vision for Structured Working Capital product and build detailed plans for executing and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Product Manager or equivalent experience in a similar role with knowledge and experience in Structured Working Capital.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of: Management of ongoing product approvals/reviews/refreshes and new products/deliverables.
- Evaluation and monitoring of P&L targets including revenue forecasting and expense budgeting.
- Extensive finance experience with a focus on syndicated lending and alternative financing structures for receivables.
- Product experience with the ability to drive client solutions.
