Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic product designer to join our award-winning Digital Markets Experience Design team.

As an Associate Product Designer in Digital Markets, you\'ll enhance user experiences across our products, delivering value to both the business and customers. In our fast-paced environment, you\'ll work with senior design leads to create user-centred solutions for complex challenges. Your expertise in experience strategy and inclusive design will be key as you collaborate with product and technology teams on impactful projects. You\'ll focus on inclusivity and user needs to drive the next generation of our digital tools, achieving business outcomes and enriching the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, user-centred experiences for B2B applications used by our institutional banking clients
  • Help grow and foster a high-performance design team by being accountable for overseeing the implementation of the standards across product suites, and be a champion for Design
  • Operate with an iterative design mindset and incorporate user feedback and insights to continuously improve the overall user experience of our offerings
  • Actively participate in design strategy and product definition, roadmap planning in a multidisciplinary environment with product, design and tech partners
  • Work closely and present your work to stakeholders, product and technology teams to ensure that requirements are clearly communicated, agreed and implemented as specified

Required qualifications

  • Passionate about design and can articulate the value of the design process in the development of products and services
  • Highly proficient with design tools such as Figma and comfortable designing at different levels of fidelity
  • Experienced in delivering design solutions in complex business domains, collaborating effectively with product, development, business, and technology teams.
  • Constantly pushing your limits and searching for opportunities to become better, and comfortable receiving feedback and critique, building on the ideas of others
  • Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences
