Job Summary:
As a Product Acceptance and Quality Engineer, you will design and maintain automated test frameworks and intuitive dashboards that enhance product quality and transparency. You will collaborate with the Product Acceptance and Quality Lead, product teams, and global colleagues to define automation strategies and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Your work will support pilot programs, streamline manual testing, and ensure quality gates are met for every release. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for product acceptance and production environments
- Build and enhance quality dashboards to visualize test results, metrics, and controls
- Collaborate with product leads and teams to define automation strategies and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Support execution of Alpha and Beta pilots and reporting tools
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline manual testing
- Ensure test coverage and quality gates are met for all releases
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test automation and dashboard applications
- Engage with global teams to support quality initiatives and share best practices
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Experience building front-end dashboards using modern web technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with acceptance testing processes and business testing practices
- Experience with software development tools such as JIRA and Git
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams
