As an Associate in the Chief Data and Analytics Office, you will support the day-to-day operations, governance, and business management of LLM Suite, our flagship GenAI application. You will work closely with product, engineering, and risk stakeholders to ensure LLM Suite operates reliably and responsibly. This role offers you the chance to manage multiple workstreams, improve processes, and operate in a fast-moving technology environment. Job Responsibilities
- Support release coordination activities, including tracking milestones, dependencies, approvals, communications, and open risks.
- Support monthly billing processes for LLM Suite, including token spend analysis, usage reporting, variance investigation, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Assist with stakeholder meeting preparation, including materials, action item tracking, follow-ups, and status reporting.
- Support responses to inquiries from control, compliance, legal, technology risk, and model risk stakeholders.
- Manage and triage operational intake requests related to LLM Suite, and identify common servicing themes and recommend improvements to reduce repeat issues.
- Support resiliency-related initiatives, including documentation, runbook maintenance, testing coordination, and follow-up tracking.
- Support access troubleshooting, entitlement reviews, and user issue resolution in partnership with relevant internal teams.
- Assist with audit fact-finding, investigation support, and RFI responses.
- Support monitoring and reporting of usage limits, spend caps, capacity needs, and subscription mapping, and assist with use case-level capacity planning, including analysis of demand, consumption trends, and user-level limits.
- Maintain and update application profile records for LLM Suite and related capabilities in internal systems.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong experience in business management, operations, project management, risk and controls, tech governance, product ops, or a related role, with a Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in designing and delivering target operating models and processes.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues with urgency, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Capability to define and drive a delivery roadmap, including milestone deliveries and status reporting.
- Flexibility to manage multiple, changing priorities independently, inspiring collaboration among diverse teams across regions and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI/ML, and technology management processes, or experience with innovative technologies such as AI, Cloud services, and Digital Products.
- Experience with Python, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar.
- Degree in a STEM field preferred.
