Join the fast growing Network Management – Resiliency Team!
As a Network Management – Resiliency Vice President in Operations you will be part of the team that is tasked with being the central point of contact for all elements of Resiliency, Recovery and Resolution, and Training across Network Management, Client Assets Sourcebook and UK Outsourcing. You will be responsible for liaising with external organisations and cross functional partners and for coordinating and synchronising all outputs and requirements in this cross functional area.
Job responsibilities
- Leads plan management for all requirements for the Network Management in enterprise resiliency management analytics
- Liaises with Corporate & Investment Bank Resiliency and Corporate & Investment Bank Tech Resiliency, coordinating the Network Management support to their plans, projects and processes as required
- Designs and regularly updates the Network Management Crisis Playbook. When invoked, supports the crisis management process, and runs the lessons learned process
- Leads Network Management’s support to the Corporate & Investment Bank Recovery and Resolution Team. In particular coordinates the responses to the annual review of contingency plans and playbooks prior to Regulator mandated submissions
- Understands implications on Network Management processes of changes to all Resiliency Regulations globally
- Coordinates Network Management participation on both internal and external resiliency and Recovery and Resolution exercises, reporting outcomes and updates resilience plans as required
- Coordinates with Corporate Third Party Oversight on Client and line of business engagements
- Oversees the production and management of the Service Level Agreement between Network Management and Corporate & Investment Bank Resiliency
- Understands the Regulatory Landscape across all Jurisdictions and applies the principles to Network Management activities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experienced professional with proven background in Network Management
- Familiarity and knowledge of Operational Resilience and Third Party Oversight
- Strong team player with aptitude for risk management, compliance and third-party oversight
- Ability to build strong working relationships with numerous business partners, internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivation coupled with strong analytical skills and internal process control skills
- Attention to detail combined with an ability to absorb information and form an opinion or conclusion
- Excellent communicator and summarizer of complex issues / solutions
- Ability to complete work to deadlines, with a sense of urgency and thorough effective time management including: goal setting, planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and monitoring
- Strategic thinker with ability to motivate and drive tactical execution
