As a Software Engineer in the Credit Technology team within the Commercial and Investment Bank, you will deliver best-in-class IT solutions to support Credit Trading. You will work in an agile environment, enhancing and designing software components for state-of-the-art technology products. You will execute software solutions through design, development, and technical troubleshooting, gaining valuable experience and skills. Your contributions will help ensure our systems are secure, stable, and scalable.
- Develop robust, performant pricing, trading, and risk systems by building and enriching applications with suitable technologies.
- Collaborate across the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and handover.
- Interface pricing and analytic components in Python and Java with the QR team.
- Demonstrate best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, including testing, code review, status reporting, and focus on application resilience.
- Apply strong analytical development skills and understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Develop solutions for real-time, resilient, high-performance, risk, pricing, and eTrading systems.
- Build and test applications using Python.
- Solve problems creatively and pragmatically, translating requirements into technical design and implementation.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Demonstrate experience building highly performant and resilient enterprise applications in high-performance or real-time environments.
