Join J.P. Morgan's Digital Platform Analytics team to help shape the future of data-driven decision-making across our Corporate & Investment Bank. As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Platform Analytics, you'll play a key role in uncovering the business questions and outcomes that user engagement metrics can answer. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into deep insights, enabling more personalized and impactful client experiences across J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank.
By driving the adoption of analytics solutions, building intuitive dashboards, and continuously improving our data models, you'll empower stakeholders to make informed decisions and unlock new opportunities for digital engagement. This is a highly visible role where your analytical skills and business acumen will directly shape the future of our digital platforms.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting market research, analyzing platform engagement metrics, and building interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize complex data for business stakeholders.
- Supporting product managers in gathering and documenting requirements, helping develop and maintain the product roadmap, and prioritising features that deliver the greatest impact.
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and partner teams, contributing to product documentation and process improvements, and helping onboard application teams to DP Analytics.
- Driving adoption and product growth, communicating insights in clear business language, and continuously enhancing data models.
Job responsibilities include:
- Supporting product manager in gathering and documenting requirements, developing and maintaining the product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives for maximum impact.
- Conducting market research and analysis of analytics platforms to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
- Communicating and collaborating with internal teams (product delivery, engineering, design, partner teams) and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to risk management and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
- Helping onboard application teams to DP Analytics and supporting their data needs.
- Contributing to product documentation and process improvements.
- Monitoring adoption and product performance using OKRs, KPIs, and analytics; iterating based on feedback and data.
- Designing, building, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards to visualise complex data sets for business stakeholders.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuously improving and enhancing the definition of standard data models.
- Communicating findings and technical details in clear, business-friendly language.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics).
- 3+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or a related role.
- Proven experience designing and developing Tableau dashboards for business analytics. Experience in other BI tools is a plus.
- Experience with data preparation and transformation (Alteryx or other ETL tools a plus).
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; basic knowledge of R.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business language.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools e.g. Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools like Lucid and FigJam.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
