JOB DESCRIPTION Program Manager - New Product Launch Overview The ICB organization is preparing to launch a transformative new product, requiring the orchestration of multiple technology teams, vendor partnerships, and compliance with rigorous regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Roadmap Development Develop, maintain, and continuously refine a comprehensive launch roadmap, outlining key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product scope, objectives, and success criteria. Establish and manage program governance structures, including steering committees and working groups. Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as the primary liaison between ICB, Product, Platform, Risk & Controls teams, vendors, and other critical stakeholders. Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and drive decision-making. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the product launch lifecycle. Oversight & Solution Assurance Oversee the design, development, and implementation of solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Partner with engineering and architecture teams to validate solution designs and integration approaches. Ensure all technical deliverables meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
