As a Product Manager, Commerce Experience at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator, you'll work alongside senior product leaders to ship features that matter. You'll get your hands into the work — running standups, writing PRDs, coordinating with engineers and designers, and moving things forward. You have a curious mindset, thrive in collaborative squads, and are passionate about fintech. By your nature, you are solution-oriented, scrappy, and biased toward action.

Responsibilities- Support senior product managers in defining and executing product strategy across commerce and payments features
- Run day-to-day squad operations: standups, sprint planning, retros, and backlog grooming
- Write clear product requirements, design briefs, and outcome-focused user stories
- Conduct discovery activities to validate problems and de-risk solutions
- Use AI tools to rapidly prototype and communicate product ideas
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and controls stakeholders to ship iteratively
- 2+ years product management experience in payments, checkout, or fintech
- Hands-on experience running agile ceremonies and shipping software with cross-functional teams
- Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and design briefs
- Comfort working with engineers and designers to solve ambiguous problems
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Scrappy, bias-to-action mindset — you get things done, not just analyse them
- Experience with merchant-facing or B2B payments products
- Familiarity with developer tools, APIs, or developer portals
- Experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and ideation
- Exposure to regulated financial services environments
