Job responsibilities
- Establish and refine SDLC (testing strategy, automation, CI/CD, code quality gates) optimizing developer experience, velocity and robustness.
- Design a release strategy enabling frequent, stable releases.
- Define and evolve React Native / Expo mobile architecture for a mass‐market consumer application.
- Design and deliver a modular core platform enabling rapid, reliable feature iteration.
- Recruit, mentor and lead a lean, high‐impact engineering team.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Formal training or certification on React engineering concepts and proficient expert experience.
- Proven delivery of commercial React Native applications in production across Android & iOS at scale.
- Deep understanding of React Native and Expo internals.
- Latest knowledge of architecture, tooling and best practices in mobile app development.
- Mastery of TypeScript.
- Experience optimizing large codebases.
- Hands‐on knowledge of mobile build & release systems.
- Strong grasp of architecture patterns.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Published React Native app(s) in public app stores.
- Native Kotlin and/or Swift experience.
- Kotlin Multiplatform exposure.
