Job Responsibilities
- Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
- Identify opportunities to automate or eliminate recurring issues to improve operational stability.
- Lead evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials.
- Drive communities of practice to promote awareness and adoption of new technologies.
- Foster a team culture of diversity, inclusion, opportunity, and respect.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Experience leading technologists to solve complex technical challenges.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe products.
- Experience managing software engineering teams to deliver production-grade solutions.
- Experience guiding teams to achieve objectives aligned with strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience.
- Proficiency in Java, REST services, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and independently solve design and functionality challenges.
- Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent customer focus and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience recruiting, mentoring, and rewarding top talent.
- Advanced Adobe product experience, especially Content Fragments, including design and implementation.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
