This role is part of our Technology, Data and Product (TDP) Talent Segment team which is in our Human Resource’s Talent & Employee Experience organization. The TDP Talent Segment team is responsible for the comprehensive talent strategy to attract, retain and develop employees in the rapidly evolving functions of Global Technology, Data & AI, and Product Management (approximately 83,000 employees).

As a Lead Program Manager in the Strategy and Transformation team, you will join partners across the TDP team, as well as with firmwide product and employee experience teams to design transformative solutions and drive change that will fulfil business aspirations and elevate the employee experience.

Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Tech, Data & Product Segment team to develop, document, communicate and execute a comprehensive, global talent and employee experience strategy that aligns with the company's overarching business objectives.
  • Lead components of the delivery by building expertise in the subject matter, engaging stakeholders, structuring the work and timelines, prioritising scope, setting up ways-of-working including change management, navigating roadblocks, identifying dependencies and contingencies, and problem solving throughout to quickly deliver a series of highly visible changes.
  • Create and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for components of this strategy, taking ownership of the definition, measurement, and success of outcomes. Craft concise updates, presentations, statuses, and reports for senior leadership.
  • Utilise data analytics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, industry trends, and company goals to shape and prioritise initiatives effectively.
  • Work with partners across segment, products and client groups to orchestrate and influence prioritisation of delivery in support of the strategy to deliver a personalised, frictionless and seamless experience to our employees.
  • Stay informed of internal HR product enhancements and actively ensure their strategic utilisation within the strategy, while keeping stakeholders aware of the product roadmap and ongoing improvements.
  • Work closely with the Strategy and Transformation lead to drive alignment, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of our approach, processes and tools.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Strong experience in program management, leading complex technology and/or talent projects in large organisations, with a proven ability to drive large-scale change through being detail-oriented as well as strategic in approach.
  • Ability to absorb and translate complex, high-level concepts into actionable strategy components and deliverables, synthesising information into compelling narratives for senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning, problem-solving and using data-driven decision-making to inform strategy and measure success.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, including crafting compelling executive summaries and communicating effectively at all levels.
  • Good understanding of global talent trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, ideally supported by a background in technology, data, or product roles (or HR/Talent roles supporting those areas) to provide a ‘voice of the customer’ perspective.
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset with commitment to continuous improvement, proactively seeking opportunities to learn, adapt, and enhance processes, outcomes, and personal development.
  • Ability to use systems thinking and an AI-first mindset to analyse complex business challenges, identifying interdependencies and propose designs that solve business challenges.
