We are seeking an Investments Product Marketing Manager to join Robert Walters on a permanent consultancy basis in London. The successful candidate will be deployed onsite at JP Morgan's Personal Investing business, covering an upcoming maternity leave.

As a product marketing manager for J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, you will be at the heart of this exciting venture. We’re looking for people who have a curious mindset, thrive in collaborative environments, are solution-oriented and commercially savvy. You will be working in an agile environment across teams, with plenty of opportunities to drive key initiatives and make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new and existing investment products, features, and services, aligned to business objectives and client needs.
- Create and oversee messaging frameworks in partnership with copywriters to clearly communicate product value and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- Track and analyse campaign and product performance, producing insights and reports to assess effectiveness and drive optimization.
- Partner with research, product, commercial, and compliance teams to embed marketing into the product development process, using client segmentation and competitive insights to shape compliant product positioning and strategy.
- Coach and support marketing team members to deepen product knowledge and ensure delivery of high-impact, client-focused messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, championing the client perspective and the strategic value of product marketing.
What You Bring
- Experience within investments and broader financial services environments.
- Background in product management and/or product marketing.
- Proven experience delivering marketing and go-to-market campaigns.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign execution, including email campaigns.
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build strong working relationships across functions including legal, product, and senior leadership.
