This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business. As an Investment Banking Analyst in the UK M&A team, you will be involved throughout the lifecycle of an M&A transaction, covering a variety of different sectors. You will gain significant exposure to many of the major M&A transactions that take place in the UK, working for one of the UK's pre-eminent M&A advisory franchises.
You will play a vital and accountable role in public and private M&A transactions involving UK corporate and financial sponsor clients and for overseas clients involving businesses based in the UK. You will work with expert professionals at the heart of a leading global investment.
