We are seeking an Escrow Client Onboarding Analyst to join J.P. Morgan in London on an initial 6 months contract. In this role, you will support Escrow Sales Executives in managing client onboarding, coordinating Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, maintaining client documentation, and providing day‑to‑day support across the sales lifecycle to help deliver an exceptional client experience. Previous experience of Salesforce is also a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Product and Risk Knowledge: Understand escrow products, associated risks, clients, and sales strategies is highly advantageous.
- Client Onboarding: Review and ensure proper client documentation for KYC compliance.
- Communication and Coordination: Liaise with clients and internal teams to manage KYC documentation and timelines.
- KYC Process Management: Oversee KYC approvals, address queries, and ensure checks are completed before closing deals.
- Risk Management: Work with compliance teams to address and resolve risk issues as needed.
- Sales System Management: Enter deal information into the sales system, manage pipeline reports, and participate in meetings.
- Business Development Support: Assist in research and preparation for sales calls.
- Client Correspondence: Prepare marketing and follow‑up materials for clients.
