AWS engagement Delivery Manager manages and oversees the engagement in accordance with JPMC Policies and Third-Party Oversight Standards, including risk and performance monitoring, compliance with contract and regulatory requirements, coordination with internal stakeholders, maintenance of documentation and exit strategies, and ensuring up-to-date engagement information throughout the lifecycle.

Your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that the AWS engagement remains aligned to JPMC policies and standards. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. This is a dynamic role and we're looking for someone ready to take on that challenge.

Job responsibilities
  • Execution of requirements set forth in the JPMC Global Supplier Management Policy and Third-Party Oversight Standards for the AWS engagement
  • Monitoring, management and escalation of AWS risks, controls, performance, complaints, compliance with contract terms (e.g. minimum control requirements, supplier Code of Conduct, supplier reporting obligations) and other areas of concern such as key personnel changes, changing laws, regulations or economic conditions.
  • Production of quarterly scorecards and facilitation of quarterly business reviews.
  • Fulfilment of local and regulatory requirements during the AWS engagement lifecycles, including support of materiality assessments, governance forums, regulatory and outsourcing notifications, and audit/regulatory asks.
  • Regular review and maintenance of JPMC AWS exit strategies
  • Partnering with JPMC Legal and Sourcing to enable country addendums, annexes, contract extensions etc. and to effectively discuss issues requiring legal or sourcing attention
  • Partnering with other functions, including Technology Risk & Controls, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Teams, Location Governance Teams and Third-Party Oversight Team
  • Maintain documentation supporting the Delivery Manager activities performed on the AWS engagement
  • Ensure that the AWS engagement information is kept up to date in JPMC's vendor tools
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand Amazon Web Services (AWS), including familiarity with core AWS services and their primary functions
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in third party oversight, vendor management, or relevant domain area
  • Experience with the global regulatory landscape for cloud
  • Previous experience with regulatory roll out and/or approval activities
