As an Associate Product Manager, you will act as the voice of the customer, translate business objectives into product outcomes, and ensure smooth execution through disciplined backlog, agile delivery, and rigorous measurement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and articulation of a clear product strategy that aligns customer value with the firm's broader objectives, converting strategy into actionable roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Lead structured discovery and synthesize market, customer, and data insights into prioritized product hypotheses, clear requirements, and minimum viable product definitions.
  • Own and maintain a well-organized backlog, writing concise user stories and acceptance criteria; manage dependencies and sequence work to maximize throughput and impact.
  • Define and track key success metrics, including cost, feature adoption, risk posture, reliability, and customer engagement, and use insights to drive iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Investments, and coordinate with external partners to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute to product development, testing, and release management, upholding standards of scalability, resiliency, and reliability across environments.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Translate business and customer needs into technical priorities for Engineering, clarifying scope, resolving ambiguities, and ensuring outcomes are measurable and traceable.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain within financial services or technology.
  • Working knowledge of the digital product life cycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery and measurement, with proficiency in requirements definition and backlog management.
  • Experience contributing to large, cross-functional initiatives; ability to navigate dependencies and collaborate in matrixed environments.
  • Familiarity with software delivery best practices, MVP design, and data-driven decision-making; ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and incorporate user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into product decisions; strong written communication and structured problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, or a highly quantitative discipline.
  • Track record of building products informed by first-principles design and customer feedback, with measurable impact on engagement or growth.
