Position Overview
The Executive Director for Transformation within the International Private Bank's Relationship Partner organization will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at revolutionizing client service delivery, operational efficiency, and control environment in a Digital First setting. This role is crucial in crafting and executing strategies that not only respond to market changes and regulatory requirements but also anticipate future trends and business needs. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive cuttingâedge change management strategies to transform the client experience, as well as that of the Advisor and all other operational support teams, ensuring alignment with the International Private Bank's strategic goals. Lead inâdepth analysis of market trends, regulatory changes, and business needs to inform strategic direction, drive innovation, and enhance the control environment.
- AIâEnhanced Business Analysis and Strategy Development: Utilize machine learning technologies and analytical skills to challenge the status quo, assess business challenges and opportunities, and develop strategic plans that address emerging issues and capitalize on growth potential. Lead the ideation and implementation of AIâdriven business solutions and change management initiatives, focusing on risk mitigation, process efficiency, technology enablement, client experience enhancement, and strengthening the control environment.
- CrossâFunctional Collaboration: Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution of transformation projects. Foster collaboration and alignment across diverse teams, leveraging insights from intelligent systems to drive strategic initiatives and improve the control environment.
- Client Engagement: Elevate excellence in client service delivery by collaborating with bankers and product partners to provide tailored services to clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives to enhance client interactions.
- Data Quality Management: Utilize dataâdriven insights to ensure realâtime client feedback, market trends, and advisor feedback to enhance internal and external client and relationship alignment. Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, enhance service delivery, and strengthen the control environment.
- Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop a highâperforming team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Encourage strategic thinking and analytical problemâsolving within the team, empowering them to contribute to strategic initiatives and control enhancements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Extensive experience in change and strategy development and management, transformation, or strategic leadership within the financial services industry, preferably in Private Banking.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong strategic and analytical thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and technology innovation, with experience in digital transformation, client experience design, and control environment enhancement.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationshipâbuilding skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and geographies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leading largeâscale operational change execution and/or frontâtoâback business transformation.
- Familiarity with endâtoâend bank infrastructure, including advisors, client service, product, technology, operations, controls, and data management.
- Proven success in developing and driving business transformation, technology innovation, and control environment enhancement.
