- We are looking for a
Loan Agency Servicing Administrator to join the EMEA Loan Agency team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
The role sits within the syndicated loans business and combines operational loan servicing, transaction processing, documentation review and stakeholder management responsibilities.

- What You\'ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of clients across lines of business including Export Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Derivatives Group, Specialised Products Group and Global Corporate Bank.
- Service syndicated loan transactions, including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, rate settings, fee processing and daily syndicate notifications.
- Ensure accurate and timely general ledger and position management postings, together with cash reconciliation and escalation of non-receipts.
- Review and interpret loan documentation throughout the life of the facility to support ongoing operational requirements.
- Partner with deal teams on refinancings to ensure operational feasibility, funds flow management, fee distribution and Loan IQ updates.
- Liaise with external clients and internal stakeholders across Credit, Origination, Treasury, Compliance, Legal and Secondary Loan Trading.
- Investigate and remediate exceptions, support KRI/KPI targets, and contribute to ad hoc activity including system upgrades, UAT and wider control workstreams.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with Loan IQ.
- Background in syndicated loans, loan agency or facility agent operations, and loan servicing and administration.
- Strong understanding of LMA and/or LSTA credit agreements and related documentation.
- Experience in operational processing within a loan servicing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and clients.
- Familiarity with key syndicated loan processes, including loan servicing workflows and facility administration.
