As an Insights and Solutions Senior Associate in the Insights and Solutions team, you play a key role in enhancing how we operate and deliver results. You will work closely with us to map, simplify, and document processes, supporting strategic improvements across departments. Responsibilities- Partner with project teams to interview stakeholders and generate insights for process improvements.

- Assist in evaluating processes to uncover inefficiencies and recommend solutions, including automation.
