We are looking for someone to lead our global webcast efforts to drive engagement in the industry as part of Payments Marketing. As a Vice President of Global Webcast within the Industry Engagement Marketing team, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing our Payments webcast strategy. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to create engaging digital content that aligns with our business objectives. You will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of product initiatives, managing live webinar recordings, and discovering innovative methods to redistribute content.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead our global digital demand generation webinar program for the Payments business.
  • Collaborate with our content marketers, product, and partner team.
  • Produce compelling, authentic webinars for key phases of client engagement, campaigns, and launches.
  • Manage and execute editing of supplied or recorded video content for reuse and setup of webinars from registration landing pages and emails to the webinar platform and audio hardware, camera, and meeting room facilities needed for production.
  • Support live webinar recordings, from prepping contributing stakeholders to recording, moderating as required, and managing the live webinar through to Q&A and wrapping up.
  • Find innovative ways to redistribute and reuse the content created within the webinar program, from paid demand management to blogs to PDFs and beyond.
  • Stay on top of video and webinar trends, formats, shows, talent -- an expert on what’s happening.
  • Collect and analyse metrics on product performance to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals.
  • Lead planning sessions, contribute ideas and insights, and assist in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful event launches.
  • Build productive relationships internally and externally, credible with both business and technical functions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Extensive experience in digital communications, webcast production, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital content initiatives and managing complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and functions.
  • Experience in cloud-based marketing platforms like On24.
  • Proficiency in video editing and webinar production tools and platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial services or payments marketing.
