Job responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in solutions analysis, with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledge.
  • Experience in data visualization and analytics, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relations.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Experience in solutions analysis with demonstrated ability to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements and data flow requirements.
  • Strong data fluency, including hands-on experience extracting and interpreting data and using it to inform decisions.
  • Building technical fluency across relevant platforms, tools, and technologies, with curiosity and initiative to expand that knowledge over time.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics, along with an understanding of vendor products and the ability to work effectively in vendor management and relationship contexts.
  • Precise and clear written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into materials that resonate with diverse stakeholder audiences.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience integrating large language models into enterprise workflows through APIs (for example, Claude API and OpenAI APIs).
  • Practical understanding of retrieval-augmented generation patterns, including embeddings, vector stores, and grounding techniques designed to reduce hallucinations.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and evaluation, including defining acceptance criteria for non-deterministic outputs, designing human-in-the-loop review processes, and applying risk controls for model failure modes.
  • Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (for example, LangChain).
  • Background working in enterprise environments with Agile delivery methods (Scrum and/or Kanban), leveraging tools and technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Python, SQL, REST APIs, and data visualization platforms to support product and delivery decisions.
