You will lead global business continuity and incident management programs, ensuring resilience across operational, regulatory, and jurisdictional frameworks. You will define and execute strategies that strengthen planning, testing, and recovery capabilities, while enhancing frameworks to address evolving threats. Working across regions, you will ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and effective crisis response to protect critical business services. You will also drive innovation through automation and advanced solutions to improve operational resilience outcomes.

- Lead the business resiliency program (plan-test-recover) maintaining alignment to firmwide standards, regulatory and legal entity requirements globally.
- Enhance business resiliency practices with a clearly identified strategy, design, and implementation that is approved by AWM Resilience management.
