Digital Print Production Specialist - Finishing & Installation - JP Morgan - London - 6 months - Onsite - PAYE
We are seeking a Digital Print Production Specialist with finishing & installation experience to join JP Morgan in London on an initial 6 months contract.
You will be working on small and large format and working a shift between 12pm - 8pm.
Role summary
We're hiring a multi skilled digital print all rounder-this is not a general reprographics/operator role.
You'll support end-to-end production across small format and large format, combining Adobe Creative Cloud artwork/prepress capability with excellent finishing standards and graphic installation support.

12pm-8pm (with flexibility to provide cover between 7am-11pm when required)
Key responsibilities (Print Production Focus)
- Produce high-quality print across small format Canon digital presses and large format Canon Arizona, ensuring output meets specification, brand and quality standards.
- Prepare, amend and preflight artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud (In Design/Illustrator/Photoshop): print-ready PDFs, bleed/crops, scaling, and file checks.
- Operate Valiani cutter for bespoke cutting, ensuring accurate set-up, registration and consistent quality.
- Execute excellent all round finishing to high standards, including cutting/trimming, folding, creasing, collation, book binding, saddle stitching, and perfect binding, plus other finishing methods as required.
- Support graphic installation where required (prepping graphics for install, safe handling of substrates, accurate placement/fit and high-quality finish).
- Manage job intake, prioritisation, tracking and distribution to meet deadlines and service expectations.
- Maintain consumables/inventory for production areas and complete basic record keeping as required.
- Operational support (Secondary)
- Provide cover/support across mailroom/logistics activities when required, including courier bookings/collections and manifests/documentation.
- Operate site equipment as applicable (e. g., printing, scanning, sortation, x-ray).
- Identify non-compliant activity, resolve discrepancies and escalat[e] appropriately.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices at all times.

Skills & experience (preferred, not essential)
- Experience in a multi-skilled digital print production role (small and/or large format).
- Adobe Creative Cloud skills for artwork setup, correction, and print-ready file preparation.
- Exposure to Canon digital presses (small format) and/or large format/flatbed print (Canon Arizona or similar).
- Experience with digital cutting (Valiani or similar) and high-standard finishing.
- Graphic installation experience (or strong practical ability and willingness to learn installation to a high standard).
- Personal attributes (essential)
- Professional, service-led approach with clear communication.
- High attention to detail and pride in producing work to a high standard.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple jobs under time pressure.
- Strong respect for confidentiality and control procedures.
